Holly Fetter is the Americas Head of Asset Stewardship at State Street Investment Management. She leads the team’s proxy voting and engagement activities across the Americas.
Holly joined State Street after graduating with an MBA from Harvard Business School in 2020. Before HBS, she worked on the MTV Social Impact Team. She began her career at the Ford Foundation, and then worked at the National Domestic Workers Alliance. She has both a BA in Comparative Studies in Race and Ethnicity and an MA in Sociology from Stanford University.
Holly serves on the Board of Directors for Haymarket People’s Fund and Resource Generation, and is member of the Advisory Council for the Clayman Institute for Gender Research at Stanford University, the Community Advisory Board at WBUR, and the Board of Advisors of the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum.
